Professor Deng Shaoping graduated from Chongqing Medical University and received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Geneva, Switzerland. He has worked in famous university hospitals in Europe and the United States, the Affiliated Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, and the Massachusetts General Hospital affiliated to Harvard University for nearly 20 years. In 2009, he was brought back to China as a high-end talent and successively served as the vice president and president of the Provincial Academy of Medical Sciences and the Provincial People's Hospital, and was fully responsible for the medical teaching and research work of the hospital. Ten years after returning to China, he introduced new international concepts, practiced new medical models, and established a number of clinical medical centers, including Sichuan Geriatric Medicine Center and Sichuan Psychiatric Medical Center. And to build the medical union as a starting point, the state to help support grassroots hospitals and social capital to run hospitals; Gratifying achievements have been made in many aspects and leading cities, and the ranking and influence of Sichuan medicine in the country have increased year by year. In recent years, he has also published a number of articles on political theory and management in central journals such as "Study Times" and "China Party and Government Cadres Forum".
