Hu Wen: Professor, master tutor, Vice President of Chinese Geriatric Society, President of Nutrition and Food Safety Branch of Chinese Geriatric Society. Director of Clinical Nutrition Quality Control Center of Sichuan Province, Director of Clinical Nutrition Department of West China Hospital of Sichuan University, academic and technical leader of Health Science and Technology Nutrition and food hygiene in Sichuan Province.
