The experts who participated in the free clinic were Professor Fan Li, president of the Chinese Geriatric Society and director of the National Geriatric Disease Clinical Medical Research Center, Vice president of the Chinese Geriatric Society and the National Geriatric disease Clinical CenterProfessor Cao Feng, executive deputy director of the Medical Research Center, Vice president of the Hypertension Branch of the Chinese Geriatric Society, Hu Yixin, director of the health care Department of the Second Medical Center of the People's Liberation Army General Hospital, Zhang Li, director of the cardiovascular department, Gao Dewei, director of the General surgery department of the Second Medical Center of the People's Liberation Army General Hospital, Director of orthopedics Lu Qiang, and Director of rehabilitation Department Xie Tao.

 Through on-site free clinic and health consultation, experts answered questions for more than 100 veteran cadres in the rest and recuperation center, increased their understanding of hypertension, cardiovascular disease, scientific exercise and other knowledge, and distributed the "Healthy Life Manual" for everyone. Veteran cadres said that they were very happy to get the guidance and clarification of so many experts at their doorstep. President Fan Li and Vice President Cao Feng said that China is the fastest aging country in the world and the only country with an elderly population of more than 200 million.
