Chinese Geriatrics Society Medical and nursing integration Promotion Committee in Shenyang to carry out the "hand in hand to enjoy the sunshine" to help the elderly and disabled activities

 

Recently, the Chinese Geriatric Society Medical and Nursing Integration Promotion Committee actively responded to the call of the General Association to carry out "Developing Geriatric medicine, Serving the health of the elderly - Celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China to serve the health of the elderly". Vice Director General Wei Yingdong led Shenyang Anning Hospital, Shenyang Volunteer Service Team and Huanggu District Disabled Persons' Federation to enter Shenyang Xiushui Community to carry out the activity of "walking hand in hand and sharing sunshine" to help the elderly and disabled, and to send health services and care to the elderly and disabled residents with mobility difficulties and inability to go out in the jurisdiction.

Medical staff provided free health consultation, blood pressure measurement and other programs for the elderly and disabled people in the community, answered their various health and disease problems, and gave scientific guidance and psychological counseling from multiple perspectives such as rational drug use, healthy lifestyle, disease prevention and treatment according to different personal conditions, guiding everyone to maintain a positive attitude and healthy lifestyle.
