China Geriatric Health Forum Health Lecture Tour Held in Chengdu
The Chinese Geriatric Society and the Geriatric Committee of the Chinese Geriatric Society jointly carried out the "China Geriatric Health Forum Health Lecture Hall Tour". Professor Fan Li, president of the Chinese Geriatric Society and Professor Tao Guoshu, consultant of the Chinese Geriatric Society, walked into the elderly Health Lecture hall of Longquyi District, Chengdu. The lectures on "Keeping away from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and cancer" and "Stroke Screening and Prevention" were vivid and thought-provoking. The wonderful lectures were well received and welcomed by the participating retired cadres, and had a positive impact on the health promotion of the elderly, improving their awareness of disease prevention and health care ability. The event lasted for two hours, and more than 200 elderly people attended the health education lecture.
